PERAN DESENTRALISASI FISKAL DALAM MANAJEMEN BENCANA DI INDONESIA
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dari desentralisasi fikal dan kualitas institusi yang akan menghasilkan tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik dengan didukung pembangunan ekonomi yang memadai terhadap tingkat kematian akibat bencana alam. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga ingin melihat pengaruh faktor endogen yang berupa frekuensi bencana terhadap tingkat kematian. Penelitian ini berdasarkan data dari 26 provinsi di Indonesia dalam kurun waktu 2005 hingga 2010. Metode yang digunakan ialah Panel Data Regression Model dengan metode fied effect. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa adanya peran desentralisasi fikal di bidang penanggulangan bencana dengan didukung dengan kualitas institusi di tingkat provinsi berpengaruh secara signifian terhadap tingkat kematian akibat bencana alam. Selanjutnya pembangunan ekonomi yang ada belum mampu dalam mengurangi tingkat kematian akibat bencana alam. Selain itu, faktor endogen, yaitu frekuensi bencana alam memiliki pengaruh signifian terhadap tingkat kematian akibat bencana alam di Indonesia.Downloads
