ANALISIS DAMPAK PEMANFAATAN KEBIJAKAN BEA MASUK DITANGGUNG PEMERINTAH (BMDTP) TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS SEKTOR INDUSTRI TERTENTU
Abstract
Sektor industri pengolahan non-migas di Indonesia saat ini masih tergantung kepada bahan baku impor. Dalam rangka memfasilitasi perusahaan untuk dapat melakukan impor bahan baku dengan volume yang tinggi tetapi dengan biaya impor yang lebih murah, pemerintah menerbitkan beberapa kebijakan terkait dengan impor bahan baku industri, salah satunya yaitu kebijakan Bea Masuk Ditanggung Pemerintah (BMDTP). Penelitian ini akan melihat dampak dari pemanfaatan BMDTP oleh sektor industri tertentu terhadap produktivitas di industri-industri tersebut. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengestimasi produktivitas dari industri-industri tersebut adalah dengan menggunakan total factor productivity (TFP). Sedangkan struktur data yang digunakan adalah data panel dengan unit analisis tingkat sektor industri. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah pemanfaatan BMDTP memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan produktivitas dari sektor industri tertentu yang mendapatkan fasilitas tersebut.Downloads
