Analisis dampak migrasi internal terhadap upah pekerja berdasarkan IPM provinsi di Indonesia
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampakmigrasi internal terhadap upah pekerja berdasarkan tingkat HDI antar provinsi di Indonesia. Masalah mengenai ketimpangan upah di Indonesia muncul antara provinsi yang memiliki tingkat IPM tinggi dan provinsi yang memiliki tingkat IPM rendah. Masalah tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa adanya masalah alokasi SDM di Indonesia. Salah satu instrument regional wage equilibrating adalah migrasi internal. Dengan menggunakan variable IPM sebagai proxy mutu modal manusia, penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dampak migrasi internal terhadap upah berdasarkan tingkat IPM provinsi di Indonesia. Menggunkana data SAKERNAS, SP dan SUPAS tahun 1995-2010 dengan metode panel fixed effect. Hasilnya menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan dari migrasi internal terhadap upah berdasarkan tingkat IPM per provinsi di IndonesiaDownloads
